PIXELearning would like to invite you to take part in “Chalk Talk 101”, the first event in the “Chalk Dust” hands-on workshop series to be held in Coventry.
PIXELearning are a global, award winning developer of Immersive Learning Simulations (aka Serious Games) who create highly engaging and interactive learning experiences delivering measurable results in a safe yet realistic working environment.
What will you learn? In this free workshop, you will receive an introduction into the world of Serious Games. Through the delivery of information by PIXELearning’s own expert in the field of Serious Gaming, Kevin Corti, you will be provided with answers to what are serious games? How do they work? How would they benefit my company? How do I commission one and assess its impact? Who else is using immersive learning?
Who should attend? Anyone interested in learning how Virtual Worlds and Serious Games can engage and enthuse learners. Come prepared with questions and a laptop (or use one of ours) so you can trial the technology for yourself. In addition attendees will have a chance to see and trial Second Life, a 3D virtual World and hear about future developments in the area of Learning Technologies.
